we are committed to working with you toward a fair resolution.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
One-Time Services

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for:

  • A full refund, or
  • Free rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations / No Access

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the service may be considered completed.
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Subscription / Recurring Services
  • Recurring services may be canceled at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled visit.
  • Charges already processed for completed services are non-refundable.
  • Future scheduled cleanings will not be billed once the subscription is canceled properly.
Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We may offer, at our discretion:
    • A complimentary re-clean of the affected area, or
    • A partial refund or service credit

Refunds are not provided for issues that were not reported within the specified time frame.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Areas not included in the booked service
  • Issues caused by unsafe or unsanitary conditions
  • Cancellations outside the allowed time window
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
